We're a group of 4 friends who registered an IT company in Nepal back in 2010. 3 of us came to US and one is still there in Nepal. We were renewing it until 2015 but since then somehow we missed it. I just heard there is a fee waiver until next month or so. So would like to renew it. Any idea how much would it cost? Or does some know anyone who could help us renewing it including audit.
