I have seen ur comments for a while its "ok" sometimes I guess. But here in this case I would like to thank Adhikaar hai, I barely know any other organization who is helping immigrants frm Nepal in special conditions.

An attorney representing TPS holders is asking too much, his job is to ask court or BIDEN to continue TPS status for the people Trump wanted to end. Simple. But attorney is asking BIDEN and Court to give TPS status for new comers as well. for example, an attorney wants TPS status for the Nepalese who came after 2015. But the Court said that was not the issue. Issue was Trump wanted to cancel TPS for the people who has TPS, so Attorney job is to ask BIDEN or Court to give back that TPS status or continue that Status. For example, If you are in car accident, and your side mirror is broken, the insurance company only interested to fix side mirror. Nothing more, asking insurance company to scratch on your bumper not related to the accident is wayat. TPS holders need to wake up and demand to represent them properly or tell attorney to accept what BIDEN is offering which is now too late. God help our brother and sisters.
