Nepal isn't village and Nepal isn't city only. There's a spectrum of Nepal. Just like we don't get same laws in every states of USA, I think this is high time, we create laws according to districts in Nepal about losing virginity. IDK if these kids are just joking but I'm seeing like every 16-17 yo is hooking up, having boyfriends, kissing etc. I won't be surprised if good chunk of them are having sauce. So, isn't it appropriate to decrease the age to 15-16 and maybe make some condition like their partner should be only 2-4 year older than them? Or something similar? And keep the laws same in village areas where more protection is required. This is high time
