Just mark that it’s Urgent. You know US government office will understand , but mine took may be 30 days. Check the passport processing status to see how far they off. Routine 8 to 11 weeks Expedited 5 to 7 weeks Expedited at Agency Must have international travel within 14 calendar days

@shekhar14, Don’t get ticket yet! Call the number, schedule the appointment then buy ticket. Or you could work with a travel in Nepal and reschedule if you need to. Just get ticket that u could change dates with minimal fees

Call the number explain your emergency and they will tell you the nearest location which has appointment available. You may have to fly out of town. But they will give the passport the same day. And why would it be an emergency if you haven’t but the ticket already? You have to buy the ticket But I am confused, I thought you left US for good. Was that not true?
