Information to all of you, I have always maintained F1/H1-B visa. I had applied for TPS long time back but never used it. I always remained on F1/H1-B visa. I received the H1-B stamping 3 years back which expired now. I had plans to travel to Nepal. I assumed I qualified for visa interview waiver. One of the questionaire on visa application profile was did you ever apply for TPS. I said yes. Hence It took me to schedule an appointment. The next available appointment in Nepal is in October. Looks like I cant travel soon.
