Lmao what a stupid idea. And what will he achieve out of this? Lifelong ban to come to the US? They are issuing Visas for medical emergencies and some other cases. Just wait till they open. Its not like they will be closed forever!

kavre sister, I would not recommend it. Do not go for it. This might backfire against him as many have already suggested. This is their country, they will act however that pleases them. Since you said, you are an American citizen already, you should now marry him and apply for spouse visa. I have seen so many people coming to USA easily via this route. It will take some time, but not that long that you cannot surpass. You have already waited so much in life, now just wait it out a little more. One last thing, I will tell you that I learnt while learning driving, they keep on saying, driving is not your right, but it is your privilege given to you, but a lot of people think like it is their right to drive. Same procuring visitor visa may not be your right either, it is just a privilege you can get after you pass certain requirements expected. I hope you relay that message to your husband to be. Arko kura  K1/K2 visa ko lagi ta almost 2 barsa samma assa marey huncha bhanera lawyer laai nai bhanesakyoo. Only way is B1/B2 visa tei pani with shit tonnes of uncertainty. no Dont do it. Burning flag is not a good idea. there are tons of forms of protest. Flags represent whole nation and its culture not just embassy. If you want to burn something, make embassy's painting and burn it.
