Pass hune chance none. Max they would get is parole for those arriving before 2009. @BairaghiEven if they could get the parole for those arriving before 2009, that could solve a lot of problems, especially for people who have been out of status for the longest time you can imagine. I would not expect them to be getting green cards that easily either like you have hinted, but being able to get parole could at least show some light at the end of the tunnel in my opinion.

I m not sure if parliamentarian will allow parole too. It’s too big to be included in reconciliation. They are talking abt parole to 7 million. when Obama gave daca to less than 1 million, there was so much hungama. The worst fear is democrats will pass green card capture and expedite green card processing for family sponsored ones and be satisfied with it. Heard the plan D is give work permits like that of daca to most of statusless immigrants and let the issue be fought in courts, as republicans will most likely fight it in court. And you know the us court systems. It will take a decade to give the final verdict.
