Tiwari jyu, you aren't in Sankhuasabha anymore ! You can't say your basement apartment is 'only for Nepali people' . Look up civil rights act of 1968 title 8. It's not only illegal, but immoral too. Imagine if someone had denied renting a place to you just because of your skin color or nationality.
