Hello all, I was denied TPS in my first application years ago (I assume its because I applied for waiver), can I reapply for it now? Experts answers only !! Thanks!

you sure can!! should be no problem, one of my friend didnt apply TPS in 2015 at all, he applied December 2020, he got it

Hi I think he said that he was in college and was more focused on the study and he forgot to apply, he also said that he wasn't able to find a job and opt is expiring, so he applied for TPS to get a work permit if that makes sense
