TO ALL ( Mostly Folks who are in TPS) Hope everyone is doing well. Im in TPS trying to go NEPAL but USCIS rejected my application.. For me I lost my Job on March 20,2020 because of Pandemic so staying in with Unemployment benefit. I want to apply for Advance parole again for 3rd time (very Imp) so I have question to the ones who applied for advance parole requesting a waiver. Can I request a waiver by submitting USCIS Form I-912 Fee Waiver Request along with application? I applied twice they rejected without specific reason .All they mention is Im eligible for a fee waiver. When I called 18000. they don't have proper answer as one associate was saying TPS people cant apply for fee waiver while other was saying you need to send tax return/pay checks to show them you can not pay fee. IT IS VERY IMP FOR ME SO PLEASE HELP ME WITH YOUR ANSWER/IDEA/EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT LAUGH ON TPS/DACA STATUS PEOPLE OR MAKE FUN (I DONOT HAVE EXTRA TIME TO REPLY)
