Just wondering! If she had finished divorce process here, on what grounds she will file case in Nepal. She gotta do simultaneously if not what grounds a divorced gal will file case in Nepal- she is already divorced. Divorced in one country is divorced in other country, similarly marriage in one country is marriage is other country. Few years ago it was different, but now it have changed. You know all marriage being done for dependents and all to fly Australia. Nepal’s court must side with decision made by the American court.
