Go with TIAA term life. I will try to stay away from whole life it's not worth the cost, there are better ways to invest. Your whole reason of getting life insurance is that the dependents are taken care of if something happens to you within a certain time frame, 20 or 30 years. After that your children are grown up and can take care of themselves. A lot of Nepalese have been scammed (especially by other Nepalese) through life insurance policies, so i won't believe a word these agents say.
