Use any accounting software. they include crypto now. You only pay taxes on them if you sold them during the last fiscal year. For stocks you should have received a document from your broker 1099.

If you have not done tax by yourself before it is worth of paying for services because there is a saying " a little knowledge is dangerous". you may screw somewhere and IRS may audit, which every one should avoid it. Next year you can take a class paying as low as $99 at Liberty tax or HR&Block to know how to file a tax and you do not have to pay anyone a penny and you can file free yes free.
