"Where do I give up my Nepali citizenship." Why do you want to give up your Nepali Citizenship? It might be useful if Nepal passes the dual citizenship bill. That way you don't need to apply for a visa for a Nepal visit.

Let me count how many Nepali citizens have given up their Nepali citizens after being US Citizens. Answer: may be none to 1-2 ( need data) You need your Nepali citizenship every wake of your life if you have to deal in Nepal for many reasons.
