Federal Register Notice clearly says ALL PENDING EAD applications prior to Nov 4th, announcement and ALL NEW EAD applicants afterward will receive, if approved, a January 4th, 2021 expiration date EAD card. If I were you, I would not waste a single day to apply, because people who applied at the summer time are still waiting today. As you know, on top of that, we are having holidays, thanksgiving, Xmas, New Year, and snow days; and Govt offices get close for holidays and they work at slow -phase- mode during holiday seasons.
