Do you guys have any recommendation on the process one should use to buy land in Kathmandu to avoid being scammed by dalals? Is there a way to find land owners for empty plots of land to avoid having to go through dalals? Also, is any kind of data or service available to assess right price for a given piece of land or is the price simply what the Dalal and land owner says it is?
