Still waiting! Submitted May 22nd

Same here still waiting for AP, and EAD. They recived on June 22nd.

My consultancy is asking for valid ead card , I really don’t want to miss this oppurtunity cause the pay offer is like 80/hour any idea how to handle this , I told them in the interview that I have a valid workpermit but the consultancy needs valid document to make payroll not expired one , what to do now ? It’s really hard to explain the tps situation they don’t understand

I had to convince my director of HR. I just printed the the notice from USCIS and explained it to him as a back up I also had a immigration lawyer to write a letter saying that USCIS notice is valid but I didn't need to use it. HR jst accepted the print out from USCIS website. Hopefully your company will accept it too.

It’s not an Indian consultancy and American consultancy does not even know what is tps , I showed them the federal notice and they were like it’s only valid upto March 2020 and that I might not be a reliable consultant , only EAD will convince them now , I am in a very difficult condition , any other documents that I can show ?

There is nothing else to show besides USCIS notice and EAD which you don't have atm. I too work for an American company and they didn't need much convinceing. Sorry dude seems like your HR folks are dense.
