Looks like those who were out of status before Aug 9 2018 will not accrue any unlawful presence if they have valid or temporary status such as TPS currently and could do the adjustment of status based on the fact that they were never out of status until this injunction period. https://www.nafsa.org/Professi... Depends on the gap between two statuses. Still 90 days frame is very active for adjustment of status for any category besides a bonafide marriage with the US citizen.
