Hi My friend was in F1 status when she got TPS. She left the F1 status when she graduated. Now applying restatement for F1. She got the RFE asking that what was the extreme situation that she could not continue F1 and why could not she apply for restatement with in 5 months? She explained about TPS in her status letter, they said that was not enough evidence. Anybody has any idea what should be the response?

It took almost 5 months, application was submitted in November!
