Sajha mitra haru, Can anyone put some light on it? Zen bata ticket lida k faida huncha compared to directly purchasing from the airline company. Airline bata ticket directly lida auta faida chai, you can cancel your ticket with some penalties, Zen bata cancel garda you will lose everything.

No point buying with the travel agencies here in the us. Google flight gets the best rate from all the web crawls anyway. Also some airlines do not provide hotels if delayed when purchased from travel agencies.

Thanks, Maxpayne Never getting a ticket with agencies again. I always get it thru airline directly but last year since the price was same with the Emirate and the Zen, I choose Zen just to support Nepali agency(only when the price is same). I got two ticket and on the return, due to my work, I have to return early and end up changing my return dates. Changing the date was more expensive then getting a new one so I have to take two new return ticket (lesson learned). Was it with the airline directly, I would have save at least one ticket fares. anyway, getting service from ticket dalal is always a bad idea. may the business always be with them.
