Are we still expecting a miracle? TPS for Nepal is not gonna happen. The recent lawsuit is DOA.

this is due to the Ramos et al v. Nielsen decision, the case was filed before Nepal's termination so, I guess.

I don't know if Nepal's TPS will be extended or not. That's why I came to this forum to hear other thoughts. So any guess what will happen ?

Nepal & Honduras lawsuit is still in the courts, if the verdict is in Nepal/Honduras favor we will also get similar extension. Lets be positive !!

In the same article it says "The ruling covers about 240,000 TPS holders; a separate court case has blocked Trump administration orders to remove about 57,000 Honduran and 9,000 Nepali TPS beneficiaries". .
