arun: you ve said very logical thing and somewhat I feel like it should be that way. With all the hard work we did as student, paid tuition fees with hard earned money, regulators must understand that the same way as canada(will be considering that option if nth comes up). We can provide workforce and skilled manpower if given a chance..
