Because the lawsuit will be filed in 9th circuit (Headquartered in San Fran) . It’s more immigrant friendly and liberal court . Chances of getting preliminary injunction for TPS termination is highly possible (Hint Edward Chen current ruling on other TPS countries). So need local people for local circuit. So help find people with TPS status & US citizen children in order proceed with the litigation)

You are absolutely correct...Edward Chen, a federal judge of 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Northern district of California was the federal judge, who granted preliminary injunction to all 4 TPS countries El Salvador, Haiti , Nicaragua, Sudan...So Adhikaar is planning to file a lawsuit for the TPS 4 Nepal with the co ordination with Honduras, they are collaborating with National TPS Alliance, NDLON, ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) to file in the same federal court in the Northern district of California. In this regard, they are searching for plaintiffs to file a lawsuit TPS 4 Nepal, so Nepal and Honduras could be granted preliminary injunction as well, which would help to extend TPS beyond June 24,2019 deadline of TPS for Nepal. If Nepal and Honduras is granted preliminary injunction , it would be extended until the final ruling is granted by the federal judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...

I agree with SamH. There are thousands of TPS recipients in NY. Adhikaar shoud file lawsuit in NY as well. Its much much easier to find plaintiffs in NY.

Actually Texas has the largest number of Nepalese TPS receipients but Texas judges are very conservative or racists in some cases . So need people in NoCal. Please help find.

Its been a while adhikaar been looking for someone from Northern California. If we cannot find anyone there cannot we do it from NY like Haiti did. Our tps expiry date is coming closer.
