Hello I am travelling to Nepal using tps travel document. So can somebody let me know that if I need any other unexpired visa while returning to USA. Also do I need tps EAD card???

Nope . Just the Advance Parole & the passports . Carry old passports that has visa (expired or unexpired) & TPS approval letter just in case.

Advance parole and your passport is fine! just take your tps approval letter and ead card just incase they ask. They will take you to secondary inspection so just be prepared to answer general questions like how long was your trip, where do you live so and so. The wait should be less than 5 minutes depending on how busy the airport is.
