HAS anyone done change of Status from TPS to Green card while being in USA . Need suggestions . Is travel to Nepal required if you had a legal entry as F1 Status and never been out of status

I have seen a people coming here as F-2/ work under TPS without maintaining F-2 and adjusted status to PR later without leaving US.
