अब को ६ ७ मैना मा म full time काम मा जादै छु, (३ years -इन्फिनिटी period ), पैसा राम्रै हुन्छ, आको पैसा ले के गर्ने था छैन,म H1b मा हुना ले घर किन्ने वा एस्तो real state मालगानी गर्ने सम्भावना छैन, GC भए पनि यहाँ घर किन्ने मन छैन, मेरो लाटो हिसाब ले मैले गर्ने भनेको काठमाडौँ मा जग्गा जमिन जोड्ने हो, अब तेस्मा नि खासै फाइदा देखिन,.. बैंक मा पैसा राख्नु त बेकार हो..प्रोफिट optimization कसोरी गर्ने हो...मेरो काम को nature ले गर्दा म side business वा अरु काम मा engage हुन सक्दिन..i don't have a big startup capital. but i can contribute a steady investment of 15k/month beginning may 19. views, opinions appreciated.. happy remaining tihar

@joseph Which industry you work on to save 15k/month in H1B. That’s fairly good money . You should consider hiring some good financial advisor and consider investing in private equity. For starting till you have net worth of 200k, you can simply dump into low cost index fund , once you cross 100k of liquid invest, consider hiring financial advisors. They have different breed of those financial advisor, you should do further research on that. I am not expert but with potential of 150k plus annual investment, you should spend some money to figure out right investment strategy.
