Last year I was in Miami for 3 months for a training organized by my company. I could not find any Nepalese around so I did research from Sulekha and stayed with some Uzbek people. Try to find Indian community since it will be helpful. Living in Miami is a hell expensive.

Thanks Gmajor sathi. SUlekha try gareko sabbai scammer matra bhetinchan. They post an ad for an available room and once i respond to thier ad they mention that they will be out of town for the first 15 days and want the security deposit and the months rent at the same time which tells me its a scam.

bro.. if you there for a full time, i guess it would not hurt to lease the apartment by yourself. You would be there for pretty much long time i believe. Baru pachi if expenses get out of hand you could have a roommate. Contractor bhako bhaye it made sense for you looking for roommates and place without lease. But as you are full time, why fear bro.

Guitarcenter sathi. You are correct in a way too. Yes I will be working FT so no contract work or danger of project ending and getting kicked off the job etc. However, the reason why I want to live with a roommate right now is because I will be new to the area and having a roommate might help me get familiar with the area that I will be living in. That is the main reason. I can certainly lease a room by myself but you know Miami might be a little expensive too. So couple of reasons Im looking for a roommate. You are not aware of anyone looking for roomie in that area are you?

hello mr glove, is living around nepali folks is your criteria then u might wanna search your apartment around, jackson memorial hospital area.at least there are 15 doctor family residing this area and is safe..four young nepali student doctors are joining but only in june next year for 3 years.. one of them is my brother..i heard there are some boys sharing in park tower apartment s,, domiinan apartment ( not sure about name but pretty much similar) is one apartment near this hospital where at least 4 5 nepali family reside.

Thanks for responding. Spring 2019, so are they looking for accommodation starting January 2019 before the semester begins? If that is the case then I might go ahead and find temporary accommodation in the meantime until Jan. I can move in with them once they are able to find an apartment (2 bedroom) if they are looking for one. Also, Its just going to be myself moving out there.
