Hi, I saw i765 form has expired already - 2/28/2018. Is the form still valid?

Yes . I sent the same form last week and received notification that its being processed.

They returned my package saying that the I-765 form is out of dated and ask to resubmit with the current version. I called to the help desk and explained the situation. They asked me now to resend the same package with the same form. It's really frustrating. It happened whoever sent to PO box. My friend sent out the same forms to the non-postal address. He had already got a receipt confirmation. Also, his bank's check has already been cleared as well. Last edited: 08-Jun-18 03:17 PM
