Hi everyone, I am just applying for TPS without EAD. I really need help to ensure I have everything. These are the documents I have prepared, please please let me know if anything is missing or incorrect: 1. I-821 TPS Application 2. G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance 3. Copy of Previous TPS Approval notice 4. Copy of Previous EAD card 5. copy of visa, passport and I-94 5. Personal check : $85 ONLY? I am not sure this is the right amount the address to send it from USPS U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Attn: TPS Nepal (do I have to write this?) P.O. Box 6943 Chicago, IL 60680-6943 Please let me know. Thank you!

If you have tps from last time. Send 1. I-821 TPS Application 2. G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance 3. Copy of Previous TPS Approval notice 4. Copy of Previous EAD card 5. Personal check : $85 Photos not required. Have to put atttn tps Nepal.

how to renew if The TPS approval notice is lost. has anyone faced that issue ?

you can send it notice of action and tps ead samrock, you got notifications twice so if you have old one send it.
