1. i-765 2. i-821 3. Previous EAD 4. $$ is it just Re-Registration and Requesting an EAD ( $85 + $410) = $495 in name of US Department of Homeland Security right? Do you need the passport copy , Visa + any passport size photos along with the forms?

Has anyone noticed that the form for I-765 has expired? Not sure if there is revised version available or if it’s okay to send the expired one. It says date of expiration is 2/2018. Form I-821 has new date of expiration though.

Mangale On the form page "07/17/17. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, you may file using the 07/17/17 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions."

Just to clear the confusion.. we dont need to submit the $575 for re-registration correct ? And the only fee is for Bio-metrics and EAD. Please someone clarify on this.

S Rana, TPS re-registration is FREE. Biometrics is $85.00. $575.00 is optional, if you are applying for AP as well.

What are the supporting documents you guys sent for Re-registration ? And whats the amount is it $85 for Bio and $410 for EAD ? Should the TPS approval letter and EAD copy be enough ?

Page 9 of I-821 additional document general requirements instructions says: Documentation Exception: If you are filing this application for re-registration (Part 1., Item Number 1.b., of Form I-821), you do not have to submit any copies of documentation. However, USCIS may ask you for additional information and/or documentation in certain circumstances. However I still sent: The forms, photos, checks, I94, copy of previous visa, copy of passport, copy of EADs and utility bills (12/31/16 - most recent) Last edited: 24-May-18 10:34 AM
