dear sajha mitra haru , is it true that we will not get work authorization under section (a)(12) and (c)(19)??..to my knowledge no formal decision has been made so far. but had been hearing this for some solicitors, is it true that the last two countries have not been provided ead before adjustment of final status??? i know they renewed ead for haiti until tps lasts but some are not provided with ead but only tps... if some one have any information plz share

The following is the last paragraph from the following DHS announcement which tells that we are eligible for work authorization till the end of TPS termination. https://www.dhs.gov/news/2018/... **************************************************************************************** Nepali citizens with current TPS registrations will be required to re-register for TPS and apply for Employment Authorization Documents in order to legally work in the United States until the termination of Nepal’s TPS designation becomes effective June 24, 2019. Further details about this termination for TPS, including the re-registration period, will appear in a Federal Register notice. Nepali TPS beneficiaries should not submit re-registration applications until the re-registration period is announced through the Federal Register notice.
