Hello friends, Does anybody know of any US University offering assistantship for MS in Civil Engineering? My GRE score is only 305 and my undergrad is in Civil Engineering from Nepal. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Lamar University in Beaumont Texas used to offer back in the day (early 2000) , doesn't hurt to ask.
