@ KTMPOST: Thank u for the articles but my question is does it only apply to the people with TPS who came to the US without inspection or does it apply to TPS holders in general. I am in a same boat. My spouse and I just filed for I-130 but my prior status were F1 and H1B and i reside in the 11th circuit.
