I was wondering if i can buy a piece of land in Nepal and transfer it to my name without having to travel to Nepal. I can have do all the work done by my relatives from Nepal.

I can have my very trustful family member do it for me. My question is if it is feasible to put it on my name by doing all the paperwork from here.
