Hi all, I am currently working full time as a SQL DBA in California and planning to move to Dallas-Ft worth area. Does anyone suggests how to get a long term contract or Full time job there. I have tried directly but every employer wants 'local' candidate so I barely get an interview over the phone/skype!! Just an FYI I am a US Citizen.
