Siddhartha Gautam was born in Nepal,attained Enlightenment in India.There is a debate around as we all know where he was born.Fact as we know ,he was born in Kapilvastu,Nepal.Instead of arguing where his birthplace is,we should discuss his philosophy,teachings and meditate.I ,being a Nepali take a enormous pride in his 2500 years long teachings and guidance to human liberation .He is a treasure of not only Nepal,but is the light of whole world.So,let's wear this Tshirt and end the debate for once and all.Let's Meditate. It is interesting to see how every culture that ever encountered Buddhism has tried to make the Buddha their own. Greek settlers about 2000 years ago in north-west region of the Indian sub-continent depicted their Buddhas and Bodhisattvas sporting wavy Roman/Greek hairstyle with Roman/Greek toga (clothing) on, which is still the norm to this day. The only thing they missed was depict him wearing Roman sandals.
