Burga-Flippa - I usually use Bay Leaves for Non- Veg items. The best way of using Bay leaves I think is to oil fry it before sautéing the onion. I usually use long kind of bay leaves which also contribute for better flavor, Hope this helps, Thank you! Chef Suni Posted
