Does anyone know where do we make birth certificate both in nepali and english in one page? If i’m not born in kathmandu do i have to go to my own hometown to make it or whether is possible in ktm?? please help

Birth certificates are issued from Ward Office or Municipal office of the area you were born.

Nowadays they give you in english unless you need one in nepali.
