I love to hear from your experience, if some one has been through these situations. I am unmarried US citizen, I am confused about which one to go for between Fiance visa or spousal visa. I have read about the time frame and the cost and the process as well but just want to know. which one has abetter chances to get a visa aproval for a Nepalese citizen and why? Not sure about Fiancée visa but Spousal is guaranteed if you provide all required docs and its very quick if you are a US citizen. Good luck!
