Carfax value for this vehicle is $7580 (excellent condition), this is 2010 vehicle, Service History, Last date reported was 12/31/2016, may be after this he may not change anything, not even oil, or may be just used to add oil in the old oil. It is almost 8 years old vehicle first bought on 04/16/2010 from McCord's Vancouver Toyota, Canada. Older Car More Expensive To Maintain, above 110K its a risky business. I don't know where you are buying car from but in Maryland/Virginia for 2010 and 100K RAV4 you don't have to pay more than 5K from private party or 7K if you want to get it from Dealer.
