If you have owned/operated a small business since few years ago as sole proprietor and you find another opportunity to open similar service in another state. What is the best way to form the business entity? continue as Sole, As llc, C corp or S Corp or something else. Let's say that in the new location you are expecting to make more than what you were making in current location. Also, you'll be hiring someone to run current location and will need help in new location. . If anyone can answer, will appreciate. Thanks
