An Indian guy had a physical fight with a fellow roommate 8 years ago when they were in college and he was booked in a county jail for 2 days. There was a news 3 days ago about him being arrested by ICE agents at his work. So I think it is possible if you have been charged with felony or misdemeanor in the past ICE will come after you no matter if you re already a naturalized.

ICE raided in San Francisco, Bay Area last week in which they rounded up 56 South Asians, including Nepalese. Some had conditional Green cards.

I'm just alerting those who might be affected by Trump's anti-brown immigration policies, nothing to fear if you re in good status. The information came from one of the desi Immigration lawyer's office based in Bay Area. It's not in the news detail. And most of the stuff that come out from there has been accurate so far. So my guess is they re telling the fact this time also.
