Any business owners or ownership experience of same type of business in 2 different location? One location let's say in Texas and the other in Michigan..? Retail business where your employee has control over half of the cash and the rest of the cash you have control through credit card? Has anyone managed long distance income producing business? What are the pros/cons of owning such businesses. Especially worried about mismanagement by employees or someone abruptly quitting for whatever life reason....How to handle? Is it good to let an experience business owner let the other business (far away) operate at a premium? Or hire someone or more than 1 person..and travel occasionally to the location to check etc? I have another biz opportunity that is likely to succeed from my research which is 1000 miles away..and currently running one that is doing fine...I can get multi year lease at the new location...or rights to the location to operate biz at a reasonable price...But I am confused now on how to manage it remotely...Business is 30% cash business and 70% credit card. I'ts a very small business and wont' make more than few thousand a month...but still few thousand a month is good money that nobody has ever given me for free...every month.. Don't wanna lose the opportunity etc. Thanks.
