My I-131 (Advance Parole/ Travel Document) has been denied as a part of Green Card Processing. USCIS says in the letter: "A review of USCIS records indicates that you departed the United States on 11/10/2017, while this Form I-131 was pending, and before your Advance Parole Document was issued. Therefore, the Form I-131 is considered abandoned and must be denied." This reason is false- I never traveled outside US since 3 years, why would I do that? I don't know how to I handle this situation. Anyone- any ideas or heard similar cases like this? If USCIS assumes that I have traveled outside US, I am damn sure they will deny my I-485 too. Some irresponsible employee @ USCIS made this happen and I know it's not your fault however you cannot do anything. I am really sorry for you. However, what you can do is go to USCIS website and make an infopass appointment and talk with the immigration officer, explain everything from you point. As they will have access to all of your information, then they will be able to pull everything and give you the advise. Hope this helps and good luck
