Don’t worry about TPS extension. Pray that Dream Act passes come January then all DACA & TPS (if passed on Dream Act 2017 Bill) recipients are on path to 6 year temporary green green card then eligible for permanent resident.

Even if they pass a dream act my guess is that they will only pass it for dreamers but not for TPS. current administration is trying to end all TPS as much as they can but surely Nepal will get extension at least 2 times.

Current Dream Act Bill has TPS included in it. Democrats will push their gut out to pass it. Trump will do anything to build that damn wall. Hope democrats will let him build that wall so that he will be flexible regarding the Dream Act. There is another bill in the senate called RAISE Act merit based. I think at least they should pass that. Hate or love him, but I think he will pass sort of immigration reform which never happened in Obama era. When Obama had majority in Senate & House Democrats didn’t do any sh*t . When election was near, then they tried to do something then it was too late.

To benefit from the Dream Act, one has to be in the US before they are 18 years old. Just having TPS is not sufficient.

Asti Jerusalem ko vote ma Nepal le US ko against ma vote deke thiyo. I really doubt this administration is gonna forget that when they review TPS extension in few months. I hope that we get it at least one more time but I won’t be surprised if they don’t extend it.
