Thank you Gorkhaymomo for the nice recipe. I will definitely try it. I have a suggestion for you though. How about displaying all the ingredients used in this recipe individually, by name and required quantity before you start cooking, This will be helpful for someone who are not familiar with the spices that you have used especially, non-Nepali viewers, to understand better about the required ingredients( my suggestion is based upon a non-Nepali who asked me about this). Also, could you suggest me what type of chicken is best for your recipe? Thanks.

Namaste, and thank you for your feedback. We don't really give an exact measurement of certain ingredients because different viewers have different preferences on taste. Thus we always say "per taste". We verbally announce our measurement, but if you want the measurement we use, it is listed in our website https://www.gorkhaymomo.co/pos... as for the spices, we did list it in the video because of the exact same reason you informed us. non-nepali viewers will not know some of the ingredients. and lasty, for the type of chicken we use. we prefer using a black hen for our chicken curry (and other chicken recipes).
