I think Nepal government needs to establish and maintain weight stations on major Nepal-India border transits where thousands of Indian trucks enter Nepal with heavy loads which are detrimental to the roads of Nepal. These trucks exerts so much pressure on the roads that potholes start emerging in rapid rate. Also, we are aware of high corruption in Nepal while constructing roads; roads are constructed with very low quality materials in the first place. And on the top of that thousands of heavily loaded Indian trucks enter Nepal on daily basis. P = F/A
