Happy Yomari Punni (योमरी पुन्ही, aka Dhanya Purnima - धान्य पुर्णिमा) This year Yomari Punni falls on December 3rd, Sunday 2017/ Mangshir 17 (मंसिर १७ २०७४) Yomari (aka Yamari) is extremely popular among Newa (Newari) communities in Kathmandu valley, Nepal. This super delicious recipe requires lots of trial and error to get it right. This is the first time I am making it on my own.
