Thank you Coolram01. You are right. There's no fees for Ead and AP renewal. Maile aafai firm bharne bichar gare. But I'm confused on two things. 1. Advance parole issuance of firm ma reason lekhne thau ma blank nai chodeko thiyo mero lawyer le. Aba renewal ma pani blank nai chodne ho? 2. Biometrics ko fee feri tirnu parcha? USCIS ko website ma yo duita ko explanation dekhina. Sathi haru lai kei experience cha bhane please share garau hai. Will really appreciate.

I sent my AP and EAD renewal to USCIS yesterday. Write one sentence for reason for applying AP like plan to go on a vacation to Europe. If you have done biometrics in the past 2 years, USCIS doesnot require you to go for Biometrics so do not worry. Send application back to the same service center where your application is pending.

ProNepali, thanks for sharing your experience. You answered both my questions. When is yours expiring? I saw in USCIS website that the applications for Ead and AP should be sent to different addresses according to the state you live in. So, although my I-485 service center is Nebraska, I need to send my Ead and AP renewal applications to Arizona. But you said you sent it to your servicing center. Am I missing anything here?

If you can wait until what response I get from USCIS, I would appreciate that. However, my lawyer suggested to send it to Nebraska where my application is pending. I also saw similar response in Trackitt so tried my luck but don't know much so check with your lawyer. I have more than 3 months until my EAD expires so I am not in a rush like you do

@TrueNepali - you are correct that you need to send your pending i485 based i765 application to either Phoenix or Nebraska depending on which state u live. Regarding the reason for AP, no need to fill in anything for emoloyment based ead/ap, you can leave it blank. The reason is needed for only for cases like TPS based AP.

I sent my application to Arizona as instructed by USCIS. I got text/email from Arizona center that my applications are received by them and are being redirected to NSC and I'll be receiving the acknowledgement from NSA shortly.

Yeah, there is no fee for renewals of EAD/AP. And it will take roughly 60 days for approval.

First the status changed to "Card in production" and after three days it changed to "card mailed". After 4 days, I got the card in mail.

I also got my I 485 approved. Looks like sending EAD and AP renewal application triggers the case to be approved
