Hello. I came US 6 months ago under F2 VISA. My husband is here under F1 VISA since 2012. His status is "resident alien" from this year, because of substantial presence thing. Does that make my status also as a "resident alien", or will I still be considered as a "non-resident alien"? Please let me know if any one knows about this. Thanks.

I hope you are aware that your husband is resident alien just for tax purpose only. Immigration status wise, he is still a non-resident alien. You are a non resident alien for tax purpose and status wise.
